Core, The Classical Way

This week we focus on the classical “series of 5”. The series is made up of 5 abdominal exercises that should be done one after the other with flow and control. The full classical mat aims to challenge the entire body while moving the spine through all its ranges. In our latest fitness insert we take you through the series of 5 step by step. Aim to start slow and really master the basic movements before adding pace and challenging your flow. Aim to do this series up to 4 times per week and you’ll be walking taller with a well conditioned core in no time.
